Apply faster. Answer once. Zacancy Copilot is a user controlled job application assistant for signed in Zacancy customers. It helps you complete an application that you have deliberately opened in your own browser. Instead of repeatedly typing the same verified profile details, selecting a resume, and answering familiar questions, you can bring approved information from your Zacancy account into the application beside you. WHY INSTALL ZACANCY COPILOT? Job applications often ask for the same information in different ways. Zacancy Copilot reduces this repetitive work while keeping you responsible for every application. It can identify familiar fields, use verified Career Vault facts, reuse answers that you have approved, preserve information you already entered, and clearly show anything that still requires your attention. The result is a faster and more consistent application process without blind mass applying or hidden automatic submission. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a job application yourself on a supported employer application page. 2. Click Zacancy Copilot to open the side panel. 3. Copilot checks whether the visible page contains a legitimate application form. 4. Review the detected fields, selected resume, missing information, and warnings. 5. Click Fill Safe Fields when you are ready. 6. Answer or review anything Copilot cannot safely resolve. 7. Check the completed employer form yourself. 8. You click the employer's final submit button. WHAT ZACANCY COPILOT CAN HELP WITH Safe profile fields Copilot can map familiar application fields such as your name, email address, phone number, location, professional links, current role, experience, education, notice period, and other confirmed career information. Obvious fields are resolved deterministically without unnecessary AI processing. Career Vault integration Copilot uses confirmed information already stored in your Zacancy Career Vault. It does not create experience, skills, education, certifications, achievements, employers, or salary information that you have not provided and approved. Answer Vault integration When an application asks a familiar question, Copilot can use an approved Answer Vault response where the intent is clear. If a question is missing from your vault, the side panel asks you. You decide whether the answer is used only once, saved for later, or approved for similar questions. Answers are never saved automatically. Resume selection View the resumes available in your Zacancy account and choose the version you want to use. Copilot can recommend a resume and explain the reason, but it will not silently replace your selection. On supported pages it can prepare the authorized resume for attachment. When a website requires manual file selection, Copilot clearly tells you what to do. Missing question assistance Copilot separates fields into Ready, Need your answer, and Manual. When deterministic matching is not enough, Zacancy may classify the question or prepare a reviewable draft using only relevant confirmed career facts and job context. You remain responsible for checking and approving subjective answers. Protection for existing input Copilot does not automatically overwrite a nonempty answer that you entered. Your value is kept by default. Changes made during the current page session can be undone with Undo Zacancy changes where technically supported. Dynamic and multipage forms Some application forms reveal new questions after you choose an option, upload a resume, or move to another page. Copilot can rescan the visible form and update the side panel. You control page navigation and continue reviewing each step. Application tracking After a submission is confirmed, Copilot can help record the role in your existing Zacancy Application Tracker while avoiding duplicate entries. If the result is uncertain, Copilot asks you instead of pretending the application succeeded. Referral Finder handoff After a confirmed application is saved, Copilot can offer a handoff to the existing Zacancy Referral Finder so you can look for relevant professional contacts. The extension does not independently search LinkedIn or send messages on your behalf. YOU REMAIN IN CONTROL Zacancy Copilot is not a mass application bot. It operates only when you open an application and invoke the extension. Fill Safe Fields is an explicit action, page navigation remains yours, warnings remain visible, and the employer's final submit button must be clicked by you. Zacancy Copilot does not: • fill or store job site passwords • sign in to third party job sites for you • bypass or solve CAPTCHA • complete coding tests, aptitude tests, personality tests, video interviews, or other assessments • silently agree to legal declarations, consent statements, background checks, or accuracy certifications • infer protected demographic or sensitive personal information • invent career facts or qualifications • automatically click through application pages • automatically submit applications • monitor unrelated tabs or browsing history Sensitive questions, legal declarations, CAPTCHA, assessments, login forms, unsupported pages, and low confidence fields remain manual. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Zacancy Copilot is designed to use the minimum access needed for its single purpose. • It receives temporary access to the active application tab only after you invoke it. • It does not request permanent access to every website. • It does not read browser history, cookies, advertisements, unrelated tabs, or unrelated page content. • It extracts only relevant visible application field metadata rather than sending the whole webpage by default. • It communicates with the Zacancy service only through https://zacancy.zertical.in. • Your ordinary Zacancy website session cookie is not given to the extension. • Extension access uses a separate restricted and revocable device session. • Zacancy does not store credentials for employer sites or other third party services. • Private resumes remain protected and are provided only through short lived authorized access for the resume you selected. You can revoke a linked Copilot device from your Zacancy account settings. SITE SUPPORT Copilot operates according to Zacancy's reviewed site policies. A site may be Supported, Limited, Manual Only, Blocked, or Unreviewed. Capabilities such as form filling, resume preparation, question assistance, and submission detection may differ by website. If a page is unsupported or restricted, Copilot pauses and explains the required manual action. WHO IT IS FOR Zacancy Copilot is for job seekers who want to spend less time retyping approved information and more time reviewing the quality of each application. A Zacancy account is required. Available capabilities can depend on your Zacancy plan, the application website, and the information you have chosen to verify and save.
