Watch videos and listen to podcasts in your own language, with spoken translation and live subtitles right on the page. YTVT - Your Voice Translated takes the sound playing in your current browser tab and renders it in a language you choose. Follow courses, talks, podcasts, and live streams without leaving the page or switching tools. • Listen your way: play the spoken translation on its own, mix it with the original sound, or keep the original and just read along. • Read along: show the original text, the translated text, or both in the scrolling panel. • Keep controls close: a floating panel on the page manages every setting without leaving the player. • Make viewing comfortable: light or dark theme, or follow your browser. Adjust text size, weight, transparency, and the original volume when mixing. Getting started Open a video or audio page, open YTVT, choose a language, and press Start. Nothing is processed until you start and complete the required permissions and consent. Stop at any time. Before you start You need an account, available minutes, and an internet connection. Languages and speech services depend on the service you pick and your plan. Some websites or protected videos may not allow access to their sound or an overlay on the page. Your audio and privacy Sound from the tab is processed online by YTVT and the speech services used for your session. With some speech services, the source audio is also sent to a separate caption-timing service. YTVT does not keep the original or the translated audio. Live captions are not saved by default. Voice processing happens only during the session; YTVT does not create a reusable voice profile. Optional Pro subtitle documents Only if you separately agree to save subtitles, completed subtitles are stored encrypted for 30 days. Document analysis sends the saved text, document title, and language settings to an AI document service to create titles, summaries, tags, and PDF structure, even if you use another service for the live session. This analysis is covered by your consent and does not send sound. PDFs go only to your verified account email; temporary PDF files are deleted after sending. Upgrading to Pro does not turn on saving automatically. Please note Accuracy and delay vary with the sound, language, connection, and service.
