YouTrack to Sheets lets you export YouTrack issues to Google Sheets in one click, with no API tokens or manual copy-pasting required. Simply open an issue in YouTrack and click the extension button. Data is read directly from the page and appended as a new row in your spreadsheet. On first export, a Google Spreadsheet is created automatically. Works with any YouTrack • Cloud and self-hosted, including custom domains over http or https • Custom state field names (including localized ones) and custom workflow values • Shared spreadsheets: new rows are aligned to the sheet's existing header, so teammates with different field sets stay consistent Keep statuses up to date The "Update statuses" tab re-reads the current status of every issue already in your sheet and updates the Status column in bulk. You see a preview of every change (issue, old value, new value) and confirm before anything is written. Deleted or inaccessible issues are flagged so you can clean them up.
