YoutubeLife calculates your running daily average and extrapolates it across your remaining lifespan to show you a real projection of your lifetime usage. Click it to expand a full usage breakdown. • Tracks what matters — separates time spent watching videos, watching Shorts, and scrolling, so you know exactly how your time is being used. • Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly stats — view your usage across any time period with a single tap (Day / Week / Month / Year tabs in the expanded overlay). • Personalised projection — set a starting age and life expectancy so remaining years (and the projection) match how you want to model your lifespan. • Dark & light mode — matches your preference (toggle in the extension popup). • Resets automatically — daily at midnight, weekly on Sunday, monthly on the 1st, yearly on January 1st. A small overlay appears in the bottom-right corner of the page showing your projected lifetime usage and your daily average. Click the overlay to expand it and see a full breakdown of your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly stats — split by videos, Shorts, and scrolling.
