Overview
Batch publish, schedule, and manage YouTube videos with templates, find & replace, and more.
Manage your YouTube uploads in bulk — right inside YouTube Studio. YouTube Video Batch Publisher automates the repetitive Studio tasks you'd otherwise do one video at a time: publishing drafts, scheduling a whole season, and fixing titles and descriptions across your catalog. ★ What makes it different • Episode-aware smart scheduling — auto-detects episode numbers (Ep 5, S01E05, #12, "7 Title") and spreads your drafts across a recurring publish calendar, in the right order. • Variable metadata templates — {{title}}, {{index}}, {{n}}, {{date}}, {{channel}}, {{season}}, with zero-padding ({{index:3}} → 007). • Works on the drafts already in your Studio — general schedulers can only push brand-new uploads; they can't touch the drafts you already have. • Dry-run everything — preview exactly what will change before anything changes. ★ Free • Batch-publish drafts with visibility control (up to 10 per run) • Made-for-kids & notify-subscribers toggles • Dry-run mode to preview every change before it happens ★ Pro • Unlimited batch publishing • Smart scheduling (daily, weekdays, weekly, bi-weekly, custom) with skip-weekends • Bulk metadata templates with variables • Find & replace across titles & descriptions (literal or regex, with preview) • Description append/prepend — add a CTA or disclosure without wiping existing text • Playlist sorting ★What's new in 1.5.0 • New (Pro): Reschedule existing videos — re-plan the publish dates of videos already on your channel, not just drafts. Private videos by default; Public/Unlisted opt-in, with a clear warning that YouTube unpublishes them until the new time. • New (Pro): interval scheduling — publish every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and so on, with an optional "only publish between" daily window. • New: choose the order videos are scheduled in — episode order, your Studio list order (top to bottom), or reversed. • New: series numbering can start anywhere — tell {{n}} to begin at 36 and continue an existing series. • New: a live preview under the title template shows exactly what your titles will look like before you run anything. • New look: every action is now a visible card, so you can see everything the extension can do at a glance. • Fixed: scheduled videos kept getting YouTube's default 12:00 AM instead of the time you picked. The extension now confirms the time YouTube actually saved, retries in your account's own time format, and stops with a clear message instead of scheduling the wrong time. Thanks to the reviewer who reported this. • Fixed: Playlist Sort no longer scrambles long playlists. It now loads the whole playlist first, confirms every move actually happened, and stops instead of leaving your playlist half-sorted. Dry Run now checks that sorting will really work, rather than always reporting success. • Improved: the schedule preview groups by day, and warns about videos with no date, slots in the past, and overnight publishing. ★What's new in 1.4.2 • Much faster publishing: the extension now detects each step finishing instead of waiting on fixed timers. Measured on a real channel: about 6–8 seconds per video, where the old version spent 10+ seconds per video just waiting. • Fixed: batches no longer stop after the first video. YouTube briefly ignores the next "Edit draft" click while it closes the previous one — the extension now waits for the list and retries instead of giving up. • Fixed: the editor window / success popup is reliably closed after each video, even after YouTube layout changes (the "window stays open" issue) • Fixed: a run no longer stalls or fails when you switch to another browser tab mid-batch • Fixed: your change is never discarded by closing the editor too early • New: the Stop button now works for every run — the current video finishes, then the batch halts cleanly • Fairer free plan: a video that fails no longer uses up one of the 10 free slots — only successful publishes count • New safety check: a video is never saved unless the chosen visibility (Private/Unlisted/Public) is confirmed selected • Results now show how long the run took and roughly how much time it saved you ★ New in 1.4.1 • Fixed: running a second batch no longer re-processes the videos you already published — the extension now skips published/scheduled videos and moves on to your remaining drafts (thanks to the user report from Brazil!) • Fixed: the free-plan limit of 10 now counts actual drafts, so already-published videos no longer use up the allowance • Improved: a clear message when the current Studio page has no drafts left (instead of a confusing 0-of-N result) • Improved: scheduling now matches drafts by title at run time, so a changed list can't schedule the wrong video ★ New in 1.4 • Automatic reliability updates — when YouTube Studio changes its layout, the extension fetches updated page settings (data only, never code) and keeps working without waiting for an extension update. Can be turned off in Options. • More reliable scheduling — full support for both US (Jul 24, 2026) and international (24 Jul 2026) date and time formats, with a new safety check that verifies every date before saving. • Optional anonymous breakage reports (off by default) — help layout issues get fixed fast; never includes URLs, video titles, or any personal data. • Many reliability improvements for large channels and slow connections. ★ Private & safe • Works only on your own channel. No automation of views, likes, or subscriptions — ever. • Everything happens locally in your browser via the Studio UI. No account connection, no API quota, and your data never leaves your device.
