Have you ever watched a Youtube video, found an interesting or important moment, and wished you had an easy way to bookmark that specific moment without switching context? YTB is an extension that lets you to do just that! With YTB, you can: - Bookmark specific moments/timestamps on the video, with optional notes (you don't need to pause) - Go back directly to a specific moment straight from the notepad (i.e. the extension popup) with just one click - Update your notes whenever you want - Copy and export your timestamps/bookmarks with ease (you own your notes!) - Use optional keyboard shortcuts to open the extension, save moments, take notes, for an even quicker bookmarking experience! This app is also completely private: your data stays entirely on your local machine. We don't store or even collect any of your data in this extension. YTB was created because I wanted an easier way to take notes on videos besides constantly switching between my Youtube window and my notes app. Some options existed at the time, but none of them had all the features I was looking for. What I specifically wanted was: 1) ability to bookmark the moment instantly with a note when something important was discussed 2) the ability to export the notes to my own computer so I could organize them in my local notes setup.
