(3) Pauses video at limit. 1-min emergency unlock once daily. ā±ļø Timing & Logging Rules (1) Status is checked every minute. Play/pause logs may be delayed by up to 1 min. (2) Background tab + paused video (no audio): Time is NOT counted. (3) Active tab: Time is counted even if the video is paused (e.g., scrolling).
