Overview
Slow down and reverb any song to studio quality. Plus 500% volume boost, 5-band EQ, auto-leveling and custom shortcuts.
Turn any song on YouTube into a slowed and reverbed version, live, while it plays. No downloading. No audio editor. No re-uploading someone else's edit and hoping it sounds right. Pull up any track, drop the speed, dial in the reverb, and listen to it the way you want it — instantly, on the original video. Slowed and reverbed, done properly One tap to get there. Hit the Slowed + Reverb button and the whole chain is set for you: the tempo drops, the pitch drops with it, hall reverb comes in, and the low end warms up. Tap it again to go straight back to normal. Then adjust anything you want by hand from there. Or go the other way. Sped Up gives you the faster, brighter, pitched-up edit. Nightcore takes it further — faster still, tightened bass, bright top end and a touch of room for sheen. One click each, and one click back. And the one everybody actually wants: Chipmunk. A true pitch shifter, so the voice goes squeaky while the video keeps playing at completely normal speed. Every other extension does this by speeding the video up; this one shifts the pitch and leaves the timing alone. Slide it anywhere from twelve semitones up to twelve semitones down for a deep, slowed-to-a-crawl voice without slowing anything down. Slow it down. Take any track from 4x all the way down to 0.25x with fine control, not the handful of fixed steps YouTube gives you. Turn off pitch preservation and the pitch drops with the tempo, exactly like a real slowed edit. Leave it on and the vocals stay natural while the tempo moves — your choice, per track. Reverb it. Real convolution reverb with Room, Hall and Stadium spaces and a wet/dry mix you control, so you can go from a subtle sense of air all the way to a cavernous wash. Then finish it. Push the low end with the 5-band equalizer for that warm, heavy slowed sound. Widen or narrow the stereo image. Add volume boost to make up for a quiet upload. Every adjustment is processed in real time — the audio is never re-encoded, so nothing is lost and nothing is baked in. Change your mind mid-song and hear it immediately. Find a setting you love? Save it to that channel and it comes back automatically every time you play one of their tracks. Slowed and reverbed is what YouTube Super does best, but it does far more than that. Audio Volume Boost to 500% — bypass YouTube's 100% ceiling for quietly recorded videos, laptop speakers, or noisy rooms. Auto Level — smart loudness automation that tracks the audio and holds it steady across every video you watch, so you stop riding the volume slider between clips. Set a ceiling so it never over-amplifies. Loudness Normalization — compresses peaks with adjustable make-up gain so sudden loud moments don't jump out. Good for late-night listening and shared headphones. Soft Clip Limiter — the reason big volume boosts usually sound terrible is digital clipping. This saturates gently instead, so heavy boost stays clean. 5-Band Equalizer — sculpt 60 Hz, 230 Hz, 910 Hz, 4 kHz and 14 kHz by hand, or start from ten presets: Flat, Bass Boost, Treble Boost, Podcast, Night, Cinema, Music, Gaming, Classical and Lo-Fi. Voice Boost — a dedicated presence lift at 2.2 kHz that pulls dialogue forward. Ideal for lectures, interviews, podcasts and quiet narration. Stereo Balance and Mono Downmix — pan between left and right, or fold both channels into each ear when you're using a single earbud. Video Playback Speed — 0.25x to 4x with fine control and one-tap presets. Changing speed in YouTube's own menu stays in sync with the panel. Picture Controls — brightness, contrast, saturation and zoom, for washed-out uploads or dark scenes you can't make out. Frame Fit — crop away black bars, stretch to fill, or fit inside. Ambient Glow — soft colour spill sampled from the video, behind the player. Spectrum Visualizer — a live, logarithmically scaled analyser across the bottom of the player, plus a compact scope in the panel. Frame Capture — save the current frame as a PNG, automatically named with the video title and timestamp. Frame Stepping and Picture-in-Picture — step a single frame at a time, or pop the video out with one click. Workflow A/B Loop — mark a start and end point and loop that section, with both markers drawn directly on the progress bar. Built for practising a passage, studying a technique, or learning a part. Sleep Timer — pause playback after 15 minutes to 2 hours, with a gentle fade instead of an abrupt stop. Per-Channel Profiles — save an audio setup for a creator and have it applied automatically whenever you open one of their videos. Fully Customizable Shortcuts — 21 remappable in-page actions covering speed, pitch, reverb, boost, loop points, capture, mono, picture-in-picture and more, plus 4 browser-level commands that work even when YouTube isn't the focused tab. Export and Import — back up every setting and profile as a single JSON file.
