YouTube Star Rating

Would be nice if this was made compatible with the CustomTube extension to fully restore the old UI to YouTube.

Doesn't support Invidious or any other alternative front-end, couldn't find any source repositories related to the extension.

Here are some suggestions. Add a new star, 0 stars. Icon will be a star with a slash. "1 of 5" star isn't completely 0% but 20%. Also, make total points of the review of the video and show how many people has voted which kind of star. Every user that votes will add 5 value to the maximum stars, canceling the provided stars will deduct the maximum stars by 5.
