Here are some suggestions. Add a new star, 0 stars. Icon will be a star with a slash. "1 of 5" star isn't completely 0% but 20%. Also, make total points of the review of the video and show how many people has voted which kind of star. Every user that votes will add 5 value to the maximum stars, canceling the provided stars will deduct the maximum stars by 5. See star ratings on thumbnails (or below) would be coool

Doesn't have many users right now, but whatever. It's nice to have a way to give a more detailed rating for a video, and it's always nice to see a rating of a previous user. If you're not sure if you should install this, do it. And rate some videos, maybe I'll come across one of your ratings myself.
