Thanks for the feedback, and sorry about the unexpected breaking change. I've put out a fix for it in version 2.1 and am just waiting on the Google approval process. Once it's updated to 2.1 let me know if it's working for you again.

Thanks for your feedback. Based on the comments below, it seems that a few users might be experiencing the issue where 2x speed works, but 3x doesn't. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to replicate the problem with 3x speed, since it works as expected for me (when pressing both Ctrl + `). Could you provide more details about your setup? For example, your browser, operating system, and any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. Then I can look into it and fix it when I have some time. Edit: I’ve updated the extension to version 2.0, which addresses some of the issues that may have been causing the 3x speed option to fail for some users. Additionally, for those who prefer it, I’ve added support for using the ' (apostrophe) as a shortcut, alongside the existing ` (backtick). This should help in rare cases where, for example, Chrome DevTools is open and conflicts with Ctrl + `, as it’s already assigned as a shortcut in that case. Finally, unrelated to your issue, I've also added support for 4x and 5x speeds.
