An open source YouTube extension for transparent crowd-sourced content filtering and recommendations
This extension lets you mark videos as “slop” to hide them from recommendations and listings. The extension also uses anonymized community votes to pre-label videos, so content that many users mark as slop can be hidden automatically (based on your tolerance setting). If you change your mind, you can click “Undo” to mark a video as “clean.” Your personal choices always take priority for your account - videos you mark as slop or clean will continue to appear that way for you. To improve results for everyone, your slop/clean votes can be optionally shared with other users using an anonymized ID string or an optional public username of your choice (not your YouTube or Google identity).
