Overview
This script swaps YouTube handles with usernames for personalized comments.
"Return YouTube Comment Username" functionality reverts the comment username to its conventional format. In the recent YouTube update, "handles" (user IDs beginning with @) are now presented in the comments section under the name field, rendering traditional usernames no longer visible in comments. This extension systematically substitutes the "handle" in various sections including video comments, community comments, and top notifications with your original username, restoring familiarity to your commenting experience.
