Adds a seek bar to change the playback position for YouTube Shorts

🐍 What feature? This adds a seek bar to adjust the playback position when viewing YouTube Shorts, similar to the mobile version. It also forces the display of the progress bar (a red bar that indicates how much of the video has been played), which may or may not appear on each Short. 🐍 Why is it necessary? It allows you to quickly rewatch a specific part of a video, especially if you want to see the same section multiple times. 🐍 How to use This extension is designed to be automatically added upon page navigation once installed.
