Overview

Hide watched YouTube videos and mixes from recommendations, with a one-click toggle to restore them anytime.

youtube remove watched videos and mixes keeps YouTube recommendations clean by hiding videos you have already watched and YouTube Mix cards. Great for discovering new music and videos: YouTube stops feeding you the same songs and videos you have already played over and over. The extension adds a small Sweep toggle in YouTube's top bar. When it is on, watched videos and mixes are hidden. When it is off, everything hidden by the extension comes back instantly, without reloading the page. Default behavior: - Off on the YouTube home page. - Off on channel/profile pages (URLs with @). - Off on playlist pages (/feed/playlists and /playlist?...). - Off on the watch history page (/feed/history). - On on all other YouTube pages, including watch pages. Privacy: runs only on youtube.com, needs no account, sends no data anywhere and has no tracking.
