This WAS really good but its stopped working and Im stuck with some new awful layout for youtube. Im assuming this is gonna be fixed so for now ill leave it at 5 Stars because when this does work, its awesome.

I don't know what youtube was thinking with the recent layout change. This completely fixes the issue. Although there is a slight performance dip, it is barely noticeable. After playing around with the settings, my layout has truly been optimized.
