)Overview
Empty a YouTube playlist YouTube will not let you delete (Watch Later, Liked videos, custom lists).
YouTube Playlist Cleaner empties the playlist you currently have open. YouTube does not let you delete some playlists (Watch Later, Liked videos, and others). This extension removes every video from that playlist, one after another, until the list is empty or you press Stop. WHAT IT DOES - Empty this playlist: remove every video from Liked videos, Watch Later, or a custom playlist. - Stop at any time. - Optional: remove only unavailable/deleted/private videos (separate button). WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - It does not pick which titles to keep. Emptying the playlist means all videos go. - It cannot repair YouTube’s Watch Later counter or the “Saved to Watch Later” flag. Those belong to YouTube. HOW TO USE 1. Open YouTube and go to the playlist itself (the URL should look like youtube.com/playlist?list=…). 2. Click the extension icon. 3. Click “Empty this playlist” and confirm. 4. Leave that tab open. Use Stop whenever you want to halt. WATCH LATER YouTube’s built-in Watch Later list is unreliable after bulk edits. The page may look empty while videos are still saved, the counter may not update, or the default view may break. Refresh the page. PRIVACY This extension does not collect personal data or track browsing. It only uses the same “Remove from playlist” menu already on the YouTube page you opened.
