Displays currently playing YouTube Music track information on the Logitech G510 GamePanel LCD screen via local companion bridge.

Displays currently playing YouTube Music track information (song title and artist) directly on your Logitech G510 monochrome GamePanel LCD screen. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Companion App Required (Why?) Web browsers run extensions inside an isolated security sandbox. Chrome cannot directly communicate with low-level Windows hardware drivers or the C++ Logitech Gaming Software SDK (LogitechLcd.dll). To bridge this gap safely, this extension relies on a free, open-source background companion bridge (g510_bridge.exe): What it does: It receives track metadata sent from this extension via a local loopback request (localhost) and immediately drives the Logitech LCD SDK to render the text and scrolling animations on your physical keyboard display. Smart Applet Priority: When music pauses or the tab closes, the bridge automatically unloads the SDK display, allowing your default applets (such as MSI Afterburner hardware monitor or AIDA64) to take over instantly. Strict Tab Isolation: Only monitors music.youtube.com. Videos playing on other sites (e.g., X/Twitter, standard YouTube, Reddit) will never hijack or overwrite your music display. Open Source & Transparent: The bridge code is fully open source. It registers a Windows Startup shortcut on first launch and runs quietly in the background without opening console windows. Keyboard Compatibility Officially Tested & Verified: Logitech G510 (160x43 monochrome LCD). Other Logitech Keyboards: Because the bridge uses the standard monochrome GamePanel SDK, it is theoretically compatible with other monochrome LCD models (such as the Logitech G15 v1/v2 and G510s). However, these models have not been officially tested. Quick Setup Guide Ensure Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) is installed on your PC.
