Provides a unobtrusive description preview under youtube video thumbnails.
On YouTube click the "+" button to get a preview of the description of the video. Change the text that shows and hides the description preview to whatever you want it to be by clicking on the description preview icon in chrome when on youtube.com. View full descriptions with API implementation. Create your own API key (directions here: https://github.com/despreview/Youtube-Description-Preview) and view full descriptions on videos before you click on them. Note: This feature requires that you make your own API key due to restrictions. You can still get a small preview of the description without an API key. Permissions: declarativeContent: Needed to detect if you're on youtube.com. storage: Used to store the users choice for the view description and hide description text. hostPermissions: Used to run script that provides all functionality for when the user visits YouTube.
