Adds markers to the YouTube progress bar from timestamps found in comments.

〇 Overview Detects timestamps in YouTube comments and adds markers to the video seek bar. 〇 Target https://www.youtube.com/* viewing page 〇 Data handling No personal data is collected or transmitted. All processing is performed within the browser. 〇 Usage • Enable the extension and open a YouTube video. • Scroll through the comment section to load it. • If a timestamp is present in the comment section, a marker will appear on the seek bar. ※ This is a work in progress and may be unstable. ※ If it does not function properly, refreshing the page may resolve the issue.
