WHAT IT DOES - Register a regular expression per channel to match the author names you want to hide - When you open that channel's community page (channel URL + /community), posts from matching authors are hidden automatically - Supports multiple channels and multiple patterns per channel - Enable/disable each channel's rule individually - Works with post re-sorting (e.g. "Newest first") and infinite scroll WHO IT'S FOR - Anyone who wants to stop seeing posts from a specific troll or spam account - Anyone who wants to curate their experience on a channel's community page PRIVACY This extension only stores the settings you enter (target channels and regular expression patterns) in Chrome's sync storage (chrome.storage.sync). It never sends any data to an external server, and it does not collect browsing history or personal information. PERMISSIONS - storage: used to save the channels and regular expression patterns you configure. - Access to youtube.com: used to observe the DOM of community pages and hide posts that match your rules. Because YouTube is a single-page application, the content script must be present across youtube.com in order to detect in-app navigation to a community page.
