YourVisaSite Autofill is a tool for Australian migration agents and lawyers. It types your matter data into government portal forms for you — accurately, field by field, in your own signed-in browser session — so you stop re-keying the same client details page after page. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pair the extension with your YourVisaSite firm account using a one-time code (takes 30 seconds, no password ever entered into the extension). 2. Open the government form page you are working on and pick the matter in the side panel. 3. Click "Fill current page". Filled fields are highlighted so you can review every one. You stay in control of every page. YOU STAY RESPONSIBLE, IT STAYS SAFE • The extension never signs in to government systems — it works inside the session you opened yourself. • It never submits anything. Submit and payment buttons are guarded: the fill stops before them, always. Lodging is yours alone. • It never touches payment pages. • Every fill is recorded in your firm's audit log — which fields were filled, when, by whom — so your file is defensible. ALWAYS UP TO DATE Government forms change. When a mapped page changes shape, the extension notices, warns you to review carefully, and reports the change (page layout only — never data) so the map is fixed centrally. Updated maps reach your extension automatically within minutes; no extension update needed. With auto-learn on, the extension also sends the field layout of form pages that have no map yet, so coverage keeps growing. You can switch auto-learn off in the panel at any time. WHAT IT COLLECTS — AND DOESN'T Sends: form field labels/names and dropdown options (page structure), fill receipts as one-way hashes, and breakage signals.
