Your ConnectはWebベースのソフトフォンであり、この機能をご利用いただくことで、Chromeブラウザーのタスクバーでソフトフォンのアイコンを独立して表示させることができる等、ソフトフォンをより便利にご利用いただけます。また、接続するAmazon Connectのインスタンス名をブラウザのlocal storageに保存することができ、保存後はワンクリックでご利用のインスタンスへアクセスすることが可能となります。
