Youlala – Terms & EULA Checker
Overview
Flags surprising clauses in Terms of Service and EULAs, entirely on your device
Read the fine print, without reading the fine print. Youlala spots terms of service and license agreements as you browse and flags the clauses that actually affect you: forced arbitration, auto-renewals, data sharing, content rights, one-sided liability limits, and more. HOW IT WORKS • Visit a terms of service or EULA page and a small "Review these terms" button appears. • Click it and Youlala reads the terms using Chrome's built-in AI, right on your device. • Get a short list of clauses worth knowing, ranked by severity, each with the exact source text. You can also review any page from the toolbar button, even if it wasn't detected automatically. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything runs locally with Chrome's built-in AI. Page text is never uploaded. • No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads. • Results are cached only in your browser so repeat visits are instant. REQUIREMENTS Youlala uses Chrome's on-device AI model, which needs: • Desktop Chrome 138 or newer (Windows 10+, macOS 13+, Linux, or ChromeOS on Chromebook Plus) • At least 22 GB of free disk space • A GPU with more than 4 GB of VRAM, or 16 GB of RAM and 4+ CPU cores On first install, Youlala sets up the built-in model once. After that it works offline. Youlala isn't available on mobile or on devices that don't meet these requirements. IMPORTANT Summaries are generated by AI and can miss clauses or get details wrong. Youlala is a guide to what's worth a closer look, not legal advice. Always read the full terms before relying on them.
