Upon reading the other reviews, Now I know I'm not alone! - (1.) This company is OBVIOUSLY very sketchy As they THINK the "interested participants" are OBLOIVIOUS to their Phishing tactics, in the process of taking up our time amidst EXPLOITING the participants. - (2.) *When you Google "YouGov" it's shows that "YouGov" is one of the "TOP FIVE SURVEY COMPANIES." Trying to download my broswing data from Google, it just does not work. Useless customer services just keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the extension to no avail. What they can not grasp is that it could have been something in the set up process that was not quite right and need to reinstall the broswer app again. Like other members YouGovPulse stopped working and despite keep requesting the new version of the extension nothing is forthcoming from YouGov. They have no idea how to... Show more

this is one of the most frustrating systems ive tried to use . After months of trying to download youtube data im still not able to get it to work properly. Help for this issue has been nothing short of useless and pathetic and can take weeks to get any sort of response back. So fat its been over 6 moths of not getting any data downloaded from youtube . 75 points per week ive not been getting for this !!!

Application is spotty on picking up data from various websites including AppleTV, Paramount, MAX and others. I have the latest version, and customer service does neither well.

Extension works for Netflix, banking and browsing, but not Amazon shopping or Amazon Prime. The help people respond, but their solutions don't work. I've checked the version of the extension and it is correct. YouGov Pulse was the same way, worked for awhile, then stopped.

hi like a lot of you i have had trouble with this extension working with netflix and amazon. I have finally worked it out last Nov a new version was made 4.4.2, but "you gov" I don't think advised anyone, check your extension details by clicking the "3 dots" in your top right hand corner of your chrome browser and selecting extensions from the drop down list then select manage extensions and look for "you gov safe" and then click on "details". Used to work fine, but Amazon shopping history has stopped working in the last few days.

Always having an issue. Takes time to finally get credit and restarting and or refreshing the whole process. In the long run the time to fill out a survey and the time to get these points actually evens out. Oh and I do get replies when I complain this or that is not working. IMO

Netflix and the amazon history beta dosent work. Absolutely no help from yougov!

Netflix has stopped working - Now gets stuck after login, at the point where it should ask you to select a profile.
