Google Chrome Extension
For about a month now the chrome extension is not able to load my logins, I just keep getting a spinning circle and none of my logins appear as they did before...?

Sharing with my sister
Will it be possible to share one Yoti account with my sister? I'm thinking yes, if I set up the account then approve her device when she visits. Right?

Import feature
I have installed Yoti and the extension mas part of the Pi Crypto initiative. I see that there were questions regarding importing from existing password managers. Has that feature been finalized and is it possible to import now? Also noticed comments about YPM not giving the user a chance to verify that the user wanted the new password, or in this case erroneous typo, to be the new password. Has this been addressed?

Hi Nate, thanks for sharing. For the time being it is not possible to import passwords from other services/tools. Regarding the other topic, we haven't had recently any emails from customers about this. If you do face this, could you please email us at help@yoti.com? (You can also email us from within the app). If you do, please send us some screenshots too. Thanks and take care.

That is correct, the Yoti app is only available for mobile phones and tablets. But, if what you are looking for is how to download the Browser Extension to use Yoti Password Manager (in conjunction with your Yoti app), this is the link: https://www.yoti.com/passwords/
Is currently available for Chrome and Firefox.

Import from LastPass / Chromium Edge
I have been using LastPass for a while. You can create a good csv file from LastPass. It would be nice if I could just import it and use Yoti.
In the same vein. I am using this extension in new Chromium Edge from Microsoft. You should make sure it is discoverable in the new Edge.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your kind feedback. You can also export your YPM log ins by going to Settings > Export saved logins. But, correct me if I'm wrong, you'd like to upload the CSV you already have into YPM, right?

Import
Hello
would it be possible to import already saved passwords, from say, LastPass and import them into Yoti? I already have years worth of saved passwords that would be a nightmare to have to import manually.
Also, I am frequently getting an error after unlocking the extention via the app, the extention is saying there was an error and gives me the option to sign out or go back.
