Yoroi has become much more user-friendly through recent updates, and I personally prefer Yoroi over Eternl or Nami. However, I believe a bug was introduced during the update to version 5.4.530. Previously, I was able to send ADA using the Lucid module with Yoroi, but after the update, it only works with Eternl and Nami wallets, not with Yoroi. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback about Yoroi. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the recent updates helpful and that you prefer using Yoroi over other wallets. Regarding the issue you mentioned, it’s not a bug in Yoroi but rather a compatibility issue with the library version you’re using. Yoroi has updated to the latest protocol version, which includes new formats that older versions of the Cardano Serialization Library (CSL) can’t parse. The error you’re encountering indicates that the CSL library on your page is outdated (pre-12.+). While other wallets may still work temporarily, they too will need updates to support newer protocol formats, and your current setup will stop working with them as well. We’ve already addressed this in detail through your support ticket. The core issue is the outdated CSL version used on your page, and updating to CSL 12.+ is required to resolve this. Keeping libraries up to date is definitely part of the responsibility, but as a courtesy, we’re planning to release an update to make backward compatibility easier during this transition period. That said, updating to the latest library version is essential, as what you’re using right now will stop working soon.

I placed a swap order on @MuesliSwapDEX using my Yoroi Wallet on 02.12.2024, but I’ve been unable to cancel it despite multiple attempts on both platforms. I've updated the apps, resynced my wallet, and reached out to the Yoroi team, but my funds are still inaccessible. 7 days now without accessing my funds. Please fix and return my funds. Thank you 👏🏽

Have been shut out of catalyst voting with this wallet for two years now. Tried to register for Fund 13 again, but cannot. No resolutions, can't open their Discord for information. No help at all. Now says wallet has changed. How? So many questions and problems.

Not intuitive at all but very confusing. But it gets worse: Installed on Firefox. Upon opening, all I could see was a white page saying Yoroi Wallet. No menu, nothing. So I installed it on Chrome. But there, I'm unable to make a transaction ("Transaction failed. Your transaction has not been processed properly due to technical issues"), so I tried Brave. Doesn't work either. I think this shitty wallet is either very experimental or full of bugs.

Unfortunately, Firefox can sometimes take longer to approve updates, but the update is now live, and Yoroi should work again. We're aware that some Yoroi Wallet Chrome extension users are seeing a message related to Chrome's upcoming Manifest V3 support. Rest assured, we've already developed a V3 version of the extension, and it's currently in the final stages of testing. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your patience! Either (1) they stole my money and accused me of sharing my private keys and security phrase/storing it incorrectly when I contacted them, or (2) their security is so nonexistent that someone gained access to my keys and wallet info and stole my ADA from me. It was over 15,000 ADA that vanished overnight a few days ago and that I'll never get back. Every time you log in you need to re-enter your 15-word recovery phrase... on the bottom, the website says it was last updated in like 2022... the... Show more

Private keys and recovery phrases are never stored on our servers, and any unauthorized access typically results from compromised personal security, not the platform itself. I tried to swap ADA for ETH and it seems i lost all my ADA somehow, transaction is ongoing for more than 24 hrs. Support it's not responsive to my requests... Apart from this, you can't send assets to other wallets. you can only send inside Cardano platform.. total wreck. there are limited DEX CEX platforms to swap assets and the prices offered are way below market.

Hello Gabi, As we checked, you received a response from our support team just 4 hours after creating a ticket. Your funds were not lost. As you created a limit order, it will remain open until the specified price is met. This means that the order will only be executed when the market price reaches or exceeds the price you set. The time it takes for your order to be completed depends on the market conditions and whether there is a matching order on the decentralized exchanges (DEXes) that meets your specified price. If you prefer not to wait, consider creating market orders instead. Only confirm them if you accept the price.
