Yoink
Overview
Capture any webpage UI and paste it as editable layers in Figma.
Yoink grabs any webpage UI — a button, a card, an entire screen — and puts it on your clipboard as real design data. Paste in Figma and it lands as fully editable layers: real text, fonts, colors, images and auto-layout. No more screenshotting and rebuilding by hand. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Yoink on any page — click the icon or press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Y 2. Grab the UI — select one element, multi-select several, or capture the entire screen (hover states included) 3. Paste in Figma — it arrives as editable layers NOTE: Pasting into Figma requires the free html.to.design plugin — a one-time install from the Figma Community. Yoink is an independent, open-source tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Figma or the makers of html.to.design. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. FEATURES • Select element — point at any component and take just that • Multi-select — pick several elements across the page, copy them in one shot • Entire screen — Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+U captures the viewport instantly, keeping hover states visible • Capture history — every yoink is saved locally so you can re-copy without revisiting the page • Real text & fonts — text stays text; fonts, colors, images and layout come through as editable properties PRIVATE BY DESIGN No servers. No account. No analytics. Nothing ever leaves your machine — captures go straight to your clipboard, history lives in your browser. Open source under the MIT license, so you can read every line.
