HOW IT WORKS • Highlight a customer's message, right-click, and choose "Send to Yesoma." • Or click the toolbar icon and paste the message in. • Yesoma auto-detects the customer's email and phone from the text. • It creates a new inquiry in your inbox and returns a link so you can review the AI-drafted reply in seconds.
