Year Reset — Goals & Progress

Your Year Reset goals, progress and gentle reminders. Requires a Year Reset account with paid access.

Check off today’s goals, see your 90-day progress, and choose gentle reminders—all connected to your existing Year Reset account. A Year Reset account with paid access is required. Existing customers do not need to purchase again. YOUR NEXT SMALL STEP • Check off today’s goals or undo a check-in. • See your 90-day history, recorded days, runs and milestones. • Sync check-ins through your Year Reset account across your devices. • Open your weekly review in the full Year Reset app. OPTIONAL, QUIET REMINDERS • A daily reminder only when no current goal has been checked today. • A weekly reminder when an open review has not been submitted. • Choose local reminder times. Both reminders start off. • At most one automatic reminder per account per day, with one optional one-hour snooze. • No sound, no guilt messages and no notifications between 10 pm and 8 am. The extension checks fresh account data before reminding you. Entries completed and synced on your phone suppress reminders. Chrome must be running and online; delivery is not guaranteed. GET STARTED Sign in with Google at https://yearreset.com/app/ in the same Chrome profile. Pin the Year Reset icon, then open it to see your existing plan. Enable reminders only if you want them. The extension is free to install, but does not include a free paid plan. This is a desktop Chrome companion, not a phone notification service. Weekly reviews are written in the full website, not inside the popup. PRIVACY Access is limited to yearreset.com.
