Turns waivers page into a drag drop widget. No need to manually set the waiver dropdown select boxes.
Turns Yahoo Football Fantasy edit waivers page into a drag drop widget for easier manipulation. Allows the user to be able to maneuver the waivers and automatically change the waiver priority based on the ordering of it all. In other words, no need to manually set the waiver dropdown select boxes 1 to "last". They will automatically be in the correct order once the user drags and drops.
