Adds visual nested subthreads to ChatGPT using the native Ask ChatGPT flow.

YACHT adds visual nested subthreads to ChatGPT. It uses ChatGPT’s native Ask ChatGPT flow and adds a lightweight visual thread layer on top of the existing page. When you select part of an assistant response and ask a follow-up, YACHT groups the new user turn and assistant reply into a subthread, making long conversations easier to revisit and navigate. Key features: - Create visual subthreads from selected ChatGPT responses - Keep using ChatGPT’s native Ask ChatGPT flow - Navigate Main and nested thread views with a compact in-page panel - Turn selected source text into clickable anchors for related subthreads - Jump back from subthread references to the original source anchor when possible - Customize anchor colors from the extension popup - Reset YACHT data for the current chat at any time - Store visual thread state locally in your browser Privacy and behavior: - YACHT does not send your conversation data to external servers - YACHT does not intercept network requests - YACHT does not modify OpenAI or ChatGPT API payloads - YACHT does not add remote code - YACHT does not isolate or change ChatGPT’s actual model context Important note: YACHT is a visual organization tool. It hides and shows existing ChatGPT conversation turns to present a virtual thread tree, but it does not change what ChatGPT sees or remembers in the actual conversation. Very long conversations may be affected by ChatGPT’s own rendering, virtualization, or DOM changes.
