Overview

Closes duplicate tabs, blocks unwanted popups and finds duplicate bookmarks. Everything stays on your device.

Too many tabs? The same page open three times? Ads opening tabs you never asked for? Bookmarks saved twice, in folders you forgot about? This extension keeps one tab per page, closes the popups a site opens on its own, and finds the duplicates hiding in your bookmarks. Quietly, in the background, and everything stays on your device. NEW IN VERSION 3, BOOKMARKS • Finds the same page saved twice even when the links differ: tracking parameters, http and https, mobile and desktop, a Google Doc saved from two different links • Whole folders that are copies of each other, found as one item, not as hundreds • Also spots empty folders, folder chains with a single link, links that point to a tab suspender instead of the site, addresses that came with the browser, and bookmarks you never opened • Nothing changes without you: a review page lists every finding with Remove, Quarantine or Keep, and one Undo for everything you applied • A backup is kept before every change, and you can download it as an HTML file Chrome imports in one click • Automatic mode is off by default and only ever touches exact duplicates in the same folder • Warns you when you save a bookmark you already have, and when an import or sync brings hundreds at once • Asks for bookmark access only when you first use it, and you can take it back in the settings STILL THE BEST AT DUPLICATE TABS • One tab per page, automatically, and it jumps you to the copy you already had open • Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Calendar by DOCUMENT, not by URL • Google Calendar: every view of the same calendar counts as one tab, and pages where you are creating or editing an event are never closed • Multiple Google accounts handled properly: the same file under another account is still the same file • Mobile, AMP and desktop versions of a page count as the same page, and the desktop one is kept • Microsoft Office (SharePoint and OneDrive), experimental • Suspended tabs from The Great Suspender, The Marvellous Suspender and forks • Ignore www, http and https, #fragments and ?query strings, globally or per site, with wildcard and regex rules BLOCKS POPUPS TOO • A site opens a tab you did not ask for and it closes on the spot • You are asked once per site whether to block it, and your answer is remembered • You decide what counts: ads from another domain, blank tabs, popup windows, each one a switch • Off by default, because the choice is yours CLOSES CAREFULLY, NEVER RECKLESSLY • Activation threshold, so duplicates are tolerated until you pass a number of tabs you choose • Delay with a re-check before closing, so a wrong click fixes itself • Undo button that also creates a temporary exception • Never closes pinned tabs or tabs playing sound, never removes bookmarks from the bookmarks bar automatically • Startup grace period, so restoring your session does not trigger mass closing • Pause button for each module YOUR PRIVACY • Everything stays on your device: no servers, zero network requests • Bookmark access is optional, asked only when you use it, and removable in the settings • Backups live inside the extension, on your device, and are never uploaded • No ads, no tracking, no analytics, nothing collected • You are in control: every behaviour is a setting, and there is a reset to defaults ALSO • Local history of closed tabs, blocked popups and removed bookmarks, with reopen and restore • Badge counter, statistics, import and export, optional settings sync • Three keyboard shortcuts, editable in Chrome • Available in English, Português, Español, Français, Italiano and Deutsch
