Xtrakt turns any YouTube video into a transcript you can download, search, and read — right on the watch page. DOWNLOAD THE FULL TRANSCRIPT IN ONE CLICK Get the complete text of any video — even a 3-hour podcast — in a single click. Save it as a .txt file or copy it all to your clipboard, as clean prose or with [MM:SS] timestamps on every line. Paste it into your AI assistant ("summarize this interview", "list every book mentioned"), quote it in your notes, or keep it for reference. The transcript was always in the video — Xtrakt finally hands it to you. SEARCH INSIDE THE VIDEO Type a word and instantly see every moment it is spoken, with timestamps. Click a result to jump straight to that second. Matches are also marked on the progress bar, so you can see at a glance where a topic lives in the video. Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + F and search without ever touching the mouse. SHARE THE EXACT MOMENT One click copies a normal YouTube link with the timestamp built in — whoever opens it lands right on the moment, no extension needed on their side. IMMERSIVE READER Open the full-screen reader and read along while the video plays: the current word lights up and the text scrolls by itself, like a teleprompter.
