xop.ai brings AI-powered call analysis and ticket assistance directly into Autotask. Open any Autotask ticket and the xop.ai sidebar appears alongside it: • Transcribe support calls and turn them into clean ticket notes • Get suggested ticket fields (status, priority, queue, issue/sub-issue type) • Add notes and time entries to the ticket without leaving Autotask • Notes and time are attributed to the signed-in engineer Setup 1. Install the extension. 2. Click the xop.ai icon and enter your company App URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.xop.ai). 3. Open an Autotask ticket — the sidebar loads automatically. The extension runs only on autotask.net pages. It reads the current ticket and the signed-in Autotask user so the assistant is scoped to the ticket you're working.
