Xobin

Xobin in your browser. Wingman, your live interview copilot, inside Meet, Teams and Zoom.

Xobin Wingman is your live interview copilot, right inside your meeting. Wingman joins your Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom web meeting and assists the interviewer in real time with: • Live transcript of the conversation • Smart follow-up question suggestions based on the candidate's answers • Live evaluation signals and interview insights • In-meeting notes and Ask AI, ask anything about the discussion so far • One-click send-Wingman to unscheduled meetings How it works 1. Install the extension and click "Sign in with Xobin" to connect your Xobin account. 2. Schedule or join an interview from Xobin on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom web. 3. The Wingman island appears in your meeting — click it or press Alt+W to expand or collapse it during the call. The extension does not record or capture your audio. Meeting audio is captured by the Xobin Wingman bot, which joins the meeting as a visible participant, so everyone in the meeting can see it. Requirements A Xobin account with Wingman enabled is required. Without an account, the extension cannot sign you in or show interview data. Privacy The extension only runs on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom web meeting pages, and communicates only with Xobin services to authenticate your account and display your live interview session. It does not collect browsing history, does not run on other websites, and never sells user data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
