I'm a Security Systems Engineer and this is completely the wrong way to go about it . There is a dedicated software for PC so downloading an emulator and using an Android App is redundant. The PC software is called CMS ( Central Monitoring Station) Google CMS cctv and you'll find it , Youtube will have setup guides .

This is just a link to an emulator. To avoid this potential unsafe site, get bluestacks or any android emulator, and download xmeye from in there. best solution for me, but it uses a lot of CPU.
