Displays the alt-text for xkcd comics below the comic, for easy readability.
This extension puts the alt-text for xkcd comics in a little box below the comic itself, so that it is more easily readable, and doesn't fade away if the text is too long.

Needed to work for ALL images on other webcomic sites. Deathbulge.com is one of them.
