Shows framework notes for Xero Workpapers, autofill supporting balance

This is for internal use of my company, and it gives the framework that we use to prepare workpapers. v1.0.1 minor bug fixed. v1.0.2 minor bug fixed. v1.0.3 framework contents updated as required. v1.1.0 popup is not flashing now, and minimize button added. v1.2.0 add an autofill button to input supporting balance from the current balance in Xero. v1.2.1 autofill button fixing to replace existing value. v1.2.2 bug fixing on minimize button when no matching framework by adding "No match" contents. v1.2.3 framework contents updated.
