Stop clicking through menus. Start flying through Xero. Xero Power adds the keyboard-first workflow that Xero power users have been asking for — a command palette and bank reconciliation shortcuts that work the way your brain does. ⌘K Command Palette Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in Xero to open a searchable list of 27+ screens. • Bank Reconciliation → type "rec" → Enter • New Invoice → type "inv" → Enter • Chart of Accounts → type "chart" → Enter • Aged Receivables → type "aged" → Enter • Any report, contact, or settings page — just type it No more: Dashboard → Accounting → Bank Accounts → Reconcile. Just press ⌘K and go. Bank Reconciliation Keyboard Shortcuts Stop reaching for your mouse on every single transaction. ↑ / ↓ — Navigate between transactions M — Match to existing transaction C — Create new transaction T — Transfer between accounts D — Mark for discussion A hint bar at the bottom of the screen shows you the shortcuts while you work. Reconcile 27 items in minutes, not half an hour. Built for bookkeepers and accountants who spend hours in Xero every day. Inspired by RightTool for QuickBooks — now for Xero users.
