Quickly navigate within Xero with search bar, without extra clicks and loading.

To help navigation in Xero with a search bar. Click the floating button (top-right of any Xero page) or press Alt+X to open it, then type to find what you need. Features: 1. The most-used reports and pages for accountants are built in — please email me if you'd like more added. 2. Saves clicks and page loads when moving between Xero pages. 3. Links only take you to a page if you have access to it. 4. Search as you type, move with ↑/↓, open with Enter — and star any item to pin it as a favourite at the top. Update notes, V1.0.1 Bug fix, for entity code that includes more than 1 exclamation mark. V1.1.2 Now it is a floating button that stays on the top right of Xero sites, all available Xero functions should have been added to the list, and hopefully the links are all correct. Also added a buy me a candy ($1) button if you would like to support me. V1.1.3 Now it works on all *.xero.com, not just go.xero.com and reporting.xero.com V1.1.4 Updated where the button can show, *.xero.com includes some sites that can cause internal error, the button is still working though. V1.1.5 Fixed navigation breaking after Xero renamed the dashboard page (/dashboard → /homepage), which had stopped links working and sent them to the wrong organisation. Also corrected the Management Report link. V1.1.6 Links now refresh every time the menu opens, so they always match the organisation you're currently in (fixes wrong-entity links after switching orgs). Removed the report-update link — Xero's built-in Shift+S does the same. Plus general cleanup, typo fixes and fewer permission warnings. V1.1.7 Stopped duplicate buttons appearing if the menu loads twice on a page. V1.2.0 Fresh redesign — cleaner panel with icons, instant search with highlighted matches, full keyboard control (Alt+X to open, arrows to move, Enter to open, Esc to close), pinned favourites, an organisation indicator, and a scrollable list. V1.2.1 Fixed clicking a category closing the whole menu instead of expanding it. V1.2.2 The menu now keeps working after the extension updates, instead of failing until you refresh. V1.2.3 Added a gentle "reload this page" hint that only appears after an update, so it's clear when a quick refresh is needed. V1.2.4 Added Fixed Asset Reconciliation as a default favourite.
