Xen Bank Feed puts a review panel over the QuickBooks Online bank feed and does the slow part: deciding what each transaction is. • Groups every "For Review" transaction by merchant — forty card swipes at the same vendor become one decision. • Suggests a payee and account from your own General Ledger, so the suggestion is what this company has actually done with this merchant before. • Shows the evidence behind each suggestion before you accept it. • Posts what you accept back to QuickBooks, and can create the payee or bank rule at the same time. WHAT IT CHANGES IN YOUR BOOKS It adds transactions, and can create vendors and bank rules — only for rows you accept. Nothing is posted automatically. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED Suggestions are computed on your machine from your own General Ledger. For a merchant with no history, the extension sends that merchant's description text, your vendor list and your chart of accounts to Xenett's server, which asks an AI model to pick from those two lists.
