A tool to supercharge Xero with a variety of uses!

Currently in Open Beta! X2Uno is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Xero Limited. X2Uno adds practical tools to the Xero pages you already spend your day on. Nothing moves, nothing is replaced — buttons appear where the work happens, and every feature can be switched off individually from the settings page. BANK RECONCILIATION • Payee Transaction Details — see how a payee is normally coded before you reconcile. One click opens their recent line items: date, account, description, quantity, unit price, tax rate and amount. • Google Memo — search a puzzling bank memo without leaving the page. Highlight part of the memo first and only that text is searched, so the reference numbers and card digits the bank tacks on are left out. • Split & Find Match on Remainder — after splitting an invoice against a bank line, carry the leftover straight to another line with the same invoice already ticked. Handy for a payroll bill that arrives as one invoice and several withdrawals. • Open Bank Rules in a New Tab — edit a rule and go back to reconciling instead of finding your place again. TRANSACTION ENTRY • Batch Create Spend & Receive Money — paste rows from Excel or drop a CSV/XLSX file, check anything that didn't match your chart of accounts, preview every transaction, and create them in one go. Rows sharing a reference number become one transaction. • Copy Down — click a cell on any line of a Spend Money, Receive Money or Bill grid and copy it down as far as you like, one column or the whole line. BANK ACCOUNTS & STATEMENTS • Reconciliation Dashboard — every bank, asset and liability account in one sortable table with its code, name, type, year-to-date value and last reconciled period, so you can see where everything stands without opening accounts one at a time. • Account switcher on Reconcile Period — jump between accounts at period end without going back to the bank accounts screen. • Match by Reference Number — paste a column of references or drop a CSV, and every matching transaction on the Account Transactions page is ticked for you. The preview shows what matched, what didn't, and what only partly matched. • Account Details by Transaction — check the coding of a run of transactions without opening each one and navigating back. REPORTS • An Update button pinned to the report toolbar (or Ctrl+Alt+R) that reruns the report and returns you to where you were reading. • Optional: open every drill-down link in a new tab so the report stays put. CONTACTS • Optional 1099 warning on the Add contact page, so a contractor isn't saved without being added to the 1099 contact group. PRIVACY X2Uno runs only on xero.com pages. It doesn't collect, store or transmit your accounting data.
