Entra Admin Toolkit brings Microsoft Entra ID administration into a focused Chrome side panel. It helps identity, security and Microsoft 365 administrators reach common tasks faster, investigate sign in problems and handle privileged access without adding another browser tab to the daily workflow. Key features • Search and open commonly used identity, users, groups, applications, Conditional Access, security, device and reporting pages. • Review eligible and active Privileged Identity Management roles, then submit supported activation, extension and deactivation requests. • Investigate AADSTS sign in errors and decode JWT claims locally without sending the submitted value to an external service. • Recognise documented application identifiers and distinguish known service IDs from tenant owned objects. • Save favourite administration pages, view recent supported pages, label tenant environments and reuse existing admin tabs. • Copy reviewed Microsoft Graph requests and PowerShell administration examples. • Capture a visible tab, selected area or page element, then redact and annotate the image in the private screenshot editor. • Apply optional privacy masking to visible email addresses, GUIDs, tenant domains and user defined terms before taking screenshots. PIM setup Privileged Identity Management features require your own Entra application registration, delegated permissions, tenant consent, eligible role assignments and appropriate licensing. Portal navigation and local diagnostic tools work without signing in to the extension. Privacy There is no advertising, external telemetry or developer operated backend. Access tokens are held in Chrome session storage. Preferences, tenant labels, favourites, recent pages and action history remain on the device.
