ImmiIQ eLodge fills Australian ImmiAccount visa applications from your ImmiIQ client records. — ONE CLICK PER PAGE — A banner at the top of every ImmiAccount form page shows how many fields are ready to fill from the armed client. Click "Fill all", or press Ctrl + Enter, to populate every matching field at once: names, dates, travel documents, addresses, sponsor and nomination details, occupation codes and agent details. Every value is read back after it is written and only counts as filled once the page confirms it. A field the record cannot answer is left empty and named, never guessed at. Where a field already holds a different value, eLodge counts it as a conflict for you to review rather than overwriting it quietly. — THE RIGHT CLIENT, OR NOTHING — Before eLodge writes a single value it compares the identity the application page already shows against the client you armed. If they disagree it refuses: no fill, no keyboard shortcut, nothing recorded, and it tells you which detail disagreed. If the page has nothing to compare it asks you once, and your answer holds for the rest of that application. No web page, no message and no background timer can choose whose data goes into a government form. An ImmiIQ page can suggest a client; arming one is always a click you make in the side panel. — LABEL-DRIVEN MATCHING — Built around ImmiAccount's visible form labels rather than internal field identifiers, so it survives the Department's back-end changes. Covers partner, skilled, employer sponsored, graduate, student, visitor and training visa applications. Multi-select answers, repeatable sections and the form's own refusals are handled rather than silently lost. — CORRECTION LOOP — When you edit a field the extension filled, the new value is written back to your ImmiIQ client record, so the next application for that client starts from the corrected data. Each correction is recorded in your audit log and shown in the side panel. — AUTHORISED RECIPIENT AWARE — On the Authorised Recipient page your agent details fill first; on every other page the client's do. The extension changes priority by page, so an applicant's name never lands in the agent fields. — CHECK A VISA ENTITLEMENT — Run a VEVO check from the same record. The lookup fills from whichever travel document you hold for that client - passport, ImmiCard, Convention Travel Document, DFTTA or PLO56 Evidence Card - and the result is read back and filed against the client. When the result page cannot be read, eLodge records it as needing manual entry with a screenshot. It never guesses a visa status. — AUDIT TRAIL — Every fill and every correction writes a row to your ImmiIQ audit log, naming the page and the fields, which supports the record-keeping a registered migration agent needs. — WHAT LEAVES YOUR BROWSER — - Client data is fetched on demand, held in memory, and dropped when the tab closes. Nothing about a client is written to disk. - When you correct a field the extension filled, that corrected value is sent to your ImmiIQ workspace to update the client record. This is the correction loop above, and it is the only case where a value travels from the form back to us. - A fill or a correction writes an audit row to your own workspace, naming the page and counting the fields.
