Open a job application, see how you fit, draft answers from your own Screenle profile, and place your résumé on the form, then you review every field and submit yourself. Nothing is invented beyond what you have stored. How it works 1. Install Screenle and sign in at screenle.com so the extension can pick up your personal key. 2. Open a job application (Greenhouse, Workday, Personio, Lever, SmartRecruiters, and other career sites). 3. Open the Screenle side panel or toolbar icon. 4. Run Fit Pulse for a score, Spark Fill for grounded drafts, and Place for your résumé. 5. Review, edit anything you want, then submit the form yourself.
