Overview
Save pages, subscribe to sources, or add supported media to Up Next.
Save content from the web directly to Flat, your RSS, YouTube, podcast, and read-later app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Flat browser extension lets you save pages and links, add supported media to your media queue, and subscribe to feeds, channels, podcasts, and supported social sources. Features • Save the current page or a selected link to your Flat Read-later list • Add (YouTube) videos and podcast episodes to playlists and queues • Subscribe to RSS and Atom feeds, YouTube channels, podcasts, and supported social sources • Pair securely with Flat using a short-lived six-digit code • Continue reading, watching, and listening in Flat on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac Privacy • The extension only processes the current page when you open it or explicitly choose a save or subscribe action • Selected URLs and titles are end-to-end encrypted in your browser before being sent through Flat’s relay service • Only your paired Flat app holds the key needed to decrypt the transferred content • The relay temporarily stores encrypted items until Flat receives them, for no longer than 30 days • Pairing credentials and pending encrypted items are stored locally in the extension’s browser storage • Flat does not use this information for advertising, tracking, or profiling • No Flat account, browser cookies, camera access, or native browser helper is required
