Turn a browser workflow into a procedure your team can review and reuse. Connect SOPFlow Recorder to your SOPFlow workspace, start a recording, and perform your workflow. The recorder captures supported interactions and screenshots in that browser window. Pause when you switch to unrelated work, add context notes, and stop when you are done. In SOPFlow, review the recorded evidence and generated instructions. Edit, reorder, merge or split steps; add responsibilities, checklists and decision branches; crop or redact eligible screenshots; then import the reviewed steps into a draft SOP. Reusable placeholders let you provide different text values for later imports. • Captures clicks, typing, selections, checkbox changes, supported keyboard commands and navigation. • Masks input values by default; mandatory masking remains for password, payment and one-time-code controls. • Keeps pending actions and redacted images locally so interrupted uploads can be retried. • Explain what you do as you work. Choose Start with narration, allow microphone access, and consent to transcription. Optional microphone narration continues alongside browser capture, and timestamped transcription adds context to your clicks and screenshots. Pause and Finish also stop the microphone. • Supports typed context notes and on-device voice dictation where the browser and installed language packs support it. • Preserves source events for review and flags missing screenshots or outcomes that need verification. A SOPFlow account and permission to author workspace content are required. AI drafting depends on the workspace's plan and server configuration. Captured evidence can be saved for processing later. Review instructions and screenshots before sharing: masking cannot detect every sensitive value, and the recorder cannot confirm that an action succeeded or infer your organization's policies. Optional narration sends microphone audio to SOPFlow and OpenAI for transcription only after your consent. It does not capture tab audio. Narration has a 15-minute active limit per recording. SOPFlow deletes temporary server audio after each transcription attempt and removes successfully transcribed local audio. Failed or unsent audio stays on your device until recovered or discarded. Saved transcripts follow workspace access and deletion rules and can be sent to the configured AI drafting provider. Provider retention follows its API terms. Audio and transcripts are used for recording, recovery and SOP drafting, not advertising or sale. Browser-only capture. Some embedded or unsupported surfaces have no screenshot. This extension does not record a screen video. Native desktop applications are not supported. Review the generated SOP before publishing.
