It never invents a price — if the item is not on your list, it says so instead of guessing. It never sends on your behalf either: you read it, change it, and press send yourself. Know before you type that a message will not arrive WhatsApp will not deliver a normal reply to somebody who has not messaged you in 24 hours, and it gives you no warning — you write the message, send it, and it silently fails.
