Tracks SM work hours and CB compliance task timing with hourly AHT metrics.

SMTracker is an independent work-time tracking extension for SM and CB. For SM, after the user grants permission, it reads the visible hourly table and makes normalized rows available to the SMTracker dashboard. For CB, it reads only the visible task ID and queue status to calculate task AHT, session time, and current-hour average AHT. Tracking starts automatically when a valid task ID appears and can be stopped manually. The extension stores only the information needed for these work-time features. It does not read passwords, cookies, authentication tokens, browsing history, private messages, images, or unrelated page content. It does not change data on SM or CB. SMTracker is an independent project and is not affiliated with SM or CB.
