Quick Bid works with supported load boards and Gmail Faster bidding Create a pre-filled Gmail bid draft directly from a supported load. Choose the Gmail account that should prepare the draft. Switch between Send bid and Request information. Edit the rate, subject, message, ETA, transit time, or questions before creating the draft. Quick Bid never sends an email automatically. You review the draft and decide whether to send it. Routing and trip economics Calculate deadhead distance and ETA to pickup. Estimate loaded miles and transit time to delivery. Configure different rates per mile for cargo vans, Sprinters, straight trucks, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, Conestogas, and other equipment. Review estimated fuel, driver, operating, break-even, and profit calculations before bidding. Check route weather and commercial-driver hours-of-service feasibility. Gmail load matching and tracking Match posted-load emails to available drivers. Filter matched loads by driver or lane. See whether your team already bid and view the submitted amount. Track recent bids, replies, lanes, rates, and bidding activity. Copy clean load details for a driver with one click. PDF review, signing, and forwarding Review PDF attachments directly from Gmail. Create a typed signature from the signer’s name, draw a signature, or upload a PNG/JPG. Position signatures independently on multiple PDF pages. Include the signer’s name, title, date, and time. Right-click the PDF to add or move a signature. Add editable text fields, driver name, phone number, or truck number. Attach the signed PDF to the broker reply. Prepare a separate driver or contractor draft for review. Forward BOLs and other documents to the driver without signing them. Forward the original PDF unchanged unless you add annotations. PDF processing happens locally in the browser. Quick Bid does not upload PDF contents or saved signature images to the Quick Bid service. Teams and alerts Create or join a dispatch team with a team code. Share team vehicles and see teammate bids directly on supported load rows. Review team bid history and statistics. Receive optional browser or Telegram alerts when a visible load matches a selected vehicle. Team owners can optionally view limited dispatch activity when members explicitly enable activity sharing. Privacy and control Quick Bid only prepares drafts—it never clicks Gmail’s Send button. Normal preferences stay in Chrome storage. Optional market-data and work-activity sharing are disabled by default. Activity tracking never records keystrokes, screenshots, email bodies, messages, or load content. An active Quick Bid subscription is required. Quick Bid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any load board, email provider, broker, or service provider.
